Urban Animals' Wednesday

Chapter Event posted by Simon Dawson on April 27, 2012

Urban Animals' Wednesday

May 9, 2012 - 18:30

To round up our week-long Ideas on a Postcard Please exhibition, 51% studios present an absolute gem of an idea.

Their Habi-Sabi project is a swift & bat box, beehive and planter with a tiny pool, log store and gravel tray which cater to the London wildlife’s every need. Made out of a recycled material and extremely simple to install, it encourages a wider variety of birds to our city centres improving our urban ecologies.

51% studios will also be launching a very exciting new endeavour – one which will bring you really up close to London’s animals… Come along for an opportunity to take part in the project.
Ideas on a Postcard Please runs from the 3rd to the 9th of May. For further details please visit http://ideasonapostcard.org.uk/events

I would love to be involved in the project for CDW 2013 but can't make the first meeting on 28th May, is this still possible & will there be a way of finding out about other meetings? I'm new to this website, thought this seemed like a good way to contact you! Thanks, Ellie

I am interested in volunteering for the CDW 2013 design process, unfortunately I will be outside London on the 28th March. I was wondering if any meetings are going to take place in April and how I can get involved.
